Namaskar! Here you can download the real video fragments of early hatha yoga videotapes (beginning of 1990s) of russian Yoga teacher Andrey "Sid" Sidersky. He is very famous hatha yoga master in former USSR, was the disciple of very interesting yoga teachers Victor van Kooten and Angela Farmer, the translator of great american yogini Kali Ray while she was in Russia with workshop, and also he was disciple and translator of Chinese master of Chi Kung and energy healing, Chen Van Phan. But mostly he is (like others russian yoga masters of Soviet Union times) "self-tought teacher", who took basic information from officially prohibited yoga books (BKS Iyengar, Dhirendra Brahmachari, Esudian & Haich, Swami Shivananda, Swami Satyanada Saraswati and others) and maybe from own "past life memory". And here the books of Siderski: "The third opening of Power" (in most cool first edition) and "Yoga of Eight Circles" (but this book is unuseful without asana pictures - its practical hatha yoga guidence), but you can read   first chapter (theory, kriyas), if you can read in russian, of course :-) Of course, paper books are more useful than files, but if you have not money or if you are reading this text from the lost part of this Planet...
